Urology Physician

Facility in Wellsboro is looking for a Urologist. Provider Type: Physician (MD/DO) Specialty: Urology Schedule: Full time, 5 days a week office practice from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with surgeries. No after hours call. Start Date: As soon as credentialed End Date: Ongoing Shifts/Month: 20 (FT 5 days each week) REQUIREMENTS: * Active PA State License - Required * DEA Required: Yes * Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible * Required Procedures: Typical Urology procedures * Required Certifications: BLS * Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 1 SHIFT/SCHEDULE INFORMATION: * M-F 8a-4:30p No after hours call PAY RATES: * $375/hr JOB INFORMATION: * Practice Type: Hospital Based Free Standing clinic * No call * Procedures: Cystoscopy, Vasectomy, Lithotripsy, Stents, Hydrocele's, etc. * 1 possibly 2 OR/Surgery Days in Hospital * AVG 20 patients per day * No additional Urologist or APPs at this location as it is a solo practice * APP/Mid-Level Coverage Avail: No * Will provider work solo? Yes * Other specialties on-site: Inpatient Hospitalist coverage 24/7 * Adult 100% * EMR: Epic and Cerner * Time to Credential: 2 Months * Reason for Opening: Turnover/Vacancy
