* Hospital Details - Accredited Chest Pain Center - Certified Primary Stroke Center - Level III Trauma Center - 6,900 patient admissions, 47,000 ED visits - Sumner County s only neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) - Full array of services including cardiology, diagnostic imaging, emergency, inpatient rehabilitation, orthopedics, surgical and women's services Hospitalist Position Details - Block Scheduling, Also preferred if the locum support could do the same. o Phys: 3 Day rounders; 7a-7p and 1 Night 7p-7a o APP: 7a-3p, 7a-5p; 3p-11p - Avg Daily Patients: 82-104 - Daily Patient Load per Clinician: 27-34 - Avg Night Admissions: 11-12 with a high admit night being 16-17 - Code Response: Hospitalist will respond to all codes and rapid responses. Intensivist, in building 7a-12a to intubate, otherwise it will be the Anesthesia or ED teams. - Procedures optional, NOT required - Open ICU Intensivist coverage 7a-12a, - Pulmonologist support - Comprehensive specialty backup within TriStar system - EMR: MediTech
