This position is based in Arlington, VA with the option for remote work.
Your day in this position may include:
- Own and optimize the sales CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accurate data entry, pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Develop and implement workflows to streamline sales and handoff processes between Sales and Partner Success teams.
- Monitor key metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance team efficiency and improve sales outcomes.
- Partner with the Sales team to schedule demos, manage follow-ups and ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Marketing to enhance lead generation and prospecting initiatives.
- Organize logistics for events like customer roundtables, prospect outreach campaigns and sponsored events.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies based on performance data and industry trends.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales operations inquiries, proactively addressing challenges and driving solutions.

What we require:
- 2+ years in sales operations, sales coordination or a related role, ideally within SaaS, digital marketing or advocacy industries.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), task management tools (e.g., Asana) and communication platforms like Slack.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships across teams.
- A proactive solution-oriented thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Self-starter with a commitment to continuous improvement and team success.
