A state hospital is seeking an internal medicine physician for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located south of Williamsport, PA. This position features a Monday through Friday schedule, 8 AM to 4 PM, overseeing primary care responsibilities for hospitalized patients. The patient volume is low, with 12-18 patients per day. Providers are supported by a full behavioral health team, along with an assigned MA or RN for each provider. The facility is highly collaborative and is seeking a fourth primary care physician to join their dedicated team.
