ICF is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and growth minded Senior Manager to join our Digital Modernization and Experience (DMX) Group located in Reston, VA. In this pivotal role, you will support the operations and growth capability of ICF’s Digital Platform’s team, a team of industry leaders brought together focused on growth, human capital, and relationships with our platform partners.  As a vital member of the Digital Platforms Team within the Digital Modernization and Experience (DMX) Group, you will be at the center of a vibrant and innovative ecosystem. Our team is a powerhouse of Growth and Technology leaders, driving strategic solutions across all ICF PaaS, SaaS, IaaS through common in all ICF’s lines of business supporting both Federal and Commercial clients. We are bolstered by a cadre of strategic Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and Data Experts, dedicated to fueling ICF's growth and our client’s success. Each technology Practice Area within our team is not just a functional unit focusing on growth, but a thriving community of practice. This community is supported by a dedicated pre-sales team engaged in a variety of growth-oriented activities, including go-to-market strategy, marketing, pre-sales activities including prototyping, developing prototypes, creating accelerators, delivering compelling executive-level presentations, and bid/proposal support. As an Associate, you will have the unique responsibility of coordinating and supporting our Digital Platforms Team of Practice Leaders in operations and support, ensuring our work aligns with our high standards internally at ICF, with our partners, and with our clients resulting in growth of our Practice Areas, Lines of Business, Group, and across ICF. Beyond leading the operations, marketing, and compliance within our practice areas, you play a pivotal role in bridging various technologies. This role is integral, especially considering the significant partnerships our practice areas have established with leading tech giants including ServiceNow, Appian, Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, Google, Snowflake, Databricks, and many more. In this position, you will contribute to a collaborative environment that leverages the strengths of diverse technologies for innovative solutions and client success. This role is either office-based in Reston, or hybrid. Only candidates in the Washington DC metro area will be considered.Key Responsibilities: Drive efficient operations of our practice areas, ensuring compliance and cost-effective delivery of our Digital Platforms Team.  Support, maintain, and elevate ICF's partnership status to the highest levels of our digital partners.  (Deal Registration, CSAT scores, Project Status updates, Partner Portal maintenance across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Google, Azure, Unqork)  Work across ICF with corporate support teams in Marketing, Events, Communications, Contracts, Purchasing, and Finance on projects that support our Practice Areas, such as Press Releases, Events/Sponsorship, marketing campaigns, etc. Support delivery leaders, understanding their needs and developing solutions to deliver world-class technology delivery capabilities. Support growth in alignment with go-to-market strategy and priorities of leadership leading and supporting both federal and commercial RFP processes and data calls. Cultivate the robust ICF community of practice, ensure our practitioners stay certified and have career pathways to support their professional careers. Support Practice leaders with annual refresh certification process for core practice areas. Support conferences, summits, receptions, and other various events that promote growth, support human capital, and relationships with partners and track measurable outcomes and ROI. Work alongside ICF’s corporate marketing team and other groups to develop valuable, consistent marketing artifacts to market ICF as a leader in this space. Develop and execute strategies that increase technical, scalability, quality, and re-use in code, frameworks, methodologies, and solutions across all programs. Required Skills: 8+ years of experience working within the partner programs ecosystem of ICF’s digital platform partners, including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Appian, AWS, Microsoft, Google, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.5+ years of consulting experience in digital modernization projects leveraging these platforms. 5+ years of experience working in the federal contracting space.  Candidate must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the US.  #LI-CCI#Indeed Working at ICFICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.
