Assembly line 2nd shift

We are looking for motivated 2nd Shift Assembly Operators to work with advanced welding robots. This role involves hands-on tasks in a dynamic environment where you'll be working near welding robots that generate sparks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Robot Operation: Load parts onto the production line for the robots to weld. You may be responsible for managing 3-4 lines simultaneously.
• Physical Demands: Expect extensive walking and standing throughout your shift.
• Independent Work: Operate independently with minimal supervision, ensuring the smooth flow of the production process.

• Availability to work 2nd shift (must be available between 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM)
• No High school diploma or GED required
• At least 6 months to 1 year of consistent work experience, preferably in an automotive manufacturing setting.
