The hospitality group features catering and a world of culinary experiences with a current collection of 18 concepts plus our luxury boutique property, Hotel Swexan in the 19-city-block Harwood District, with more experiences currently in development.

Summary

The Marketing Manager is a key contributor to the success of the dynamic marketing + PR campaigns for the Harwood Hospitality Group (HHG). As a strategic thinker, collaborator, and connector, you will work with the Hospitality Marketing + PR team along with key culinary and operations leaders.

The primary focuses of your role will be to ensure that all marketing + PR activities, initiatives, and campaigns are strategic to drive restaurants and catering ROI, stay up to date, on-brand, and are thoroughly prepared to launch on-time.

This role will support from start-to-finish on all marketing + PR campaigns with ownership of key functions such as:
  • Managing brand's campaign and event calendar to drive the largest revenue impact
  • Managing media plans and coordinating paid ad placements
  • Managing outside agencies for pr, digital media, graphic design, and organic social media initiatives
  • Brand management activities such as monitoring and implementing any changes to brand operations.
  • Scheduling meetings and workshops as needed
  • Planning and managing Marketing + PR campaign assets including all websites, photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting
Core Responsibilities
  • Development of creative assets for promotion across owned channels (web, digital, social, email)
  • Planning of unique pop-up and marketing event experiences for our guests outside of our regular programming
  • Development and execute marketing and advertising campaigns for HHG across social media, digital, PR, and email marketing
  • Work closely with social media agency and in house Marketing team to build social media calendars and activations based on set social media strategy
  • Ensure brand standards are met and information updated across all platforms including social media, graphic design, websites, and third-party listings
  • Manage and update all restaurant and brand websites regularly
  • Manage print collateral needs
  • Manage design and printing of menus
  • Create and maintain quarterly and monthly marketing calendars and project progress boards
  • Work with operations to ensure campaigns are communicated and executed successfully
  • Create and produce in-restaurant branded materials
  • Build a robust influencer program and digital partnerships
  • Manage and execute photoshoots that align with brand goals and campaigns

  • 5+ experience in marketing and communications within the hospitality industry
  • A natural passion for hospitality, and/or extraordinary experiences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a preference for achieving goals and creating efficiencies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines

  • Flexible availability to work during peak hospitality seasons and/or hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
Required Education + Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications
  • Must have extensive knowledge of computers and document management software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Squarespace, CRM, CTUIT, Google Drive, Campaign Monitor, Klaviyo
