At FCB, the Client Operations Manager works directly with the Client and Account Management/Project Management teams regarding the financial requirements of a government account. This person manages all aspects of client financial activity, including managing A/R and client billing, reporting revenue, facilitating audits, and completing ad hoc reporting as necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain billing and financial management calendar
- Lead the billing, A/R, and job management processes for government account
- Present monthly billing reporting to the client and Account Management
- Verify that all government account invoices include the correct information for billing purposes, including, but not limited to, verification of supporting documentation
- Understand and comply with client contracts as they relate to compensation, billing, financial reporting, and other deliverables
- Partners with Account Management regarding contractual obligations specific to the government account
- Develops/maintains fiscal year budget requirements for government account
- Assist in all month-end client revenue calculations for Agency Reporting
- Submit necessary journal entries to resolve any revenue or balance sheet discrepancies
- Complete monthly & quarterly reporting documentation requirements for FCB Worldwide
- Actively participate in and produce documentation for various audits (SOX and internal audits)
- Perform periodic audits (at least twice per year) of records to ensure Agency compliance with government account contractual requirements
- Produce monthly and ad hoc reports such as accrual reports, invoice registers, client hour reconciliations, T&E reconciliations, timesheet monitoring, and client-specific requests
- Expected to communicate directly with clients as well as other external groups as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant working experience
- Prior government account experience is a plus!
- Strong experience in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience required
