Job Description
The Program Manager, will be part of the Project Keystone program team aligned to the newly formed Finance Transformation. This role will work with colleagues across the global Finance and Technology organizations, playing an active role in our finance digital transformation from design to deployment. NBCUniversal is embarking on a legacy ERP to SAP S/4 Hana transformation, and this role will be an important part of ensuring functional & technical design, build & implementation and organizational change management are a success. The role will act as the liaison between the aligned workstreams and Project Keystone overall program team and will be responsible for coordinating/integrating work efforts across multiple finance organizational work streams, program leadership, software vendors, and System Integrators (SI) to assure quality and transparent project success.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Project Keystone program team and the leadership team, technology team and vendor to design overall transformation program, incl. detailed project planning, stakeholder alignment, and deliverables.
- Manage and update project plan, roadmaps, and trackers in support of the Project Keystone program.
- Set up and coordinate workshops between Project Keystone program stakeholders, especially across all areas within the workstream of support
- Guide Team through appropriate Solution Design & Implementation stages
- Provide regular communications to the project team and provide documentation for Governance meetings.
- Assist as directed with managing status and executive reporting project scope, change order requirements, project milestone signoff documents, open item lists, risks and issues management, RAID logs and all other project governance artifacts/management dashboards.
- Proficient user of O365, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
- Escalate project concerns to Program Leadership.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
- 4+ years of SAP implementation or similar ERP system implementation Project Management experience within a Finance department
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive and strong sense of ownership
- Detail-orientated and self-starter
- Demonstrated teamwork capabilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and team members
Desired Characteristics:
- Functional knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA modules, project delivery, and PMO governance best practice
- Superb Project Management Methodology & Frameworks experience/certifications
- Experience within Media and Entertainment industry
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience in IT, Agile Product & App Development environment highly preferred
- Experience with JIRA, Lucidchart, Smartsheet, Tableau or PowerBI
- Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications a plus
