Responsibilities
The Sr Specialist, Social Media Strategy position will play a key role in shaping the brand's social media presence and driving meaningful engagement with our target audience. The role is responsible for driving brand awareness, fostering community engagement and aligning with our overall marketing objectives. The position requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, analytics and content marketing.

The Sr Specialist, Social Media Strategy position will play a key role in shaping the brand's social media presence and driving meaningful engagement with our target audience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute social strategy to drive increased customer engagement, brand advocacy and community expansion.
- Establish and reach/meet KPIs and benchmarking.
- Develop and execute innovative social cross-platform programming on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads and emerging platforms.
- Hone Express's visual presentation on social media platforms. Maintain a strong visual personality and style guide for Express's social media.
- Work closely with Creative and Paid teams to generate social-specific ideas.
- Develop programming plans (including publishing cadence recommendations by series and platform)and maintain the social media editorial calendar.
- Work with Talent & Community team to create optimal influencer content strategy for owned social channels.
- Work with Customer Care team to address social media inquiries and maintain a positive brand image with our fans.
- Monitor and analyze organize social content performance across brand social channels, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
- Analyze competitor activity on an ongoing basis to provide applicable learnings that will inform the social strategy.
- Other essential tasks that are not listed may be requested by your leader.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in marketing, and/or communications
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience with proven history of social media strategy and audience development success within previous organizations or agencies
- Experience working with social media platforms and tools
