The Manager, Owned & Operated will be responsible for building and managing the day to day operations across IGA's portfolio of digital brands. From branding and strategy to growth and monetization, this role will oversee the creation of new platforms, managing their development from concept to execution. The focus will be on growing follower bases, driving engagement, and developing sustainable revenue opportunities. This role works closely with the Director, Owned & Operated, and the digital marketing team to ensure the success of each platform.

How You'll CREATE:
• Brand Creation & Strategy: Develop and launch non-artist-specific digital brands for Interscope, identifying target audiences and crafting platform-specific strategies to engage them.
• Platform Management: Manage daily operations across each owned platform (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X), including content scheduling, posting, and optimizing for growth and engagement.
• Content Development: Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce culturally relevant, shareable content that resonates with each brand's target audience.
• Audience Growth: Implement strategies to grow follower bases and increase engagement through organic content, influencer partnerships, and paid campaigns as needed.
• Monetization & Revenue Growth: Identify and develop revenue-generating opportunities, including advertising, sponsorships, affiliate marketing, and branded content.
• Analytics & Optimization: Track key performance metrics (follower growth, engagement rates, monetization) and use data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and maximize platform success.
• Cross-Platform Coordination: Work with the Director and broader marketing team to ensure all owned platforms align with Interscope's overall digital strategy while maintaining unique brand identities.
• Experimentation & Innovation: Test new content ideas, formats, and strategies to keep each brand fresh and aligned with current social trends and platform updates.
• Competitive Landscape Monitoring: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to ensure our brands remain competitive and innovative.

Bring Your VIBE:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building and managing successful, culturally relevant social
media brands with significant engagement and growth.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best
practices for optimizing performance on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and
Twitter/X.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and
optimize content and strategies.
• Experience with digital monetization models, including ads, sponsorships, affiliate
marketing, and branded content.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to juggle
multiple brands and priorities.
• A creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments.
• Passion for digital culture and an understanding of niche audience engagement
within music or related industries.
