In this high-impact role, the Growth Leader, Strategic Accounts will be a key driver in accelerating S.i. Systems' growth by expanding our leading position in Canada and deepening client relationships with tailored, cross-organizational solutions. With a growth mindset, this individual will identify and deliver strategic recommendations that enhance client partnerships. Acting as the primary relationship leader between S.i. Systems and our clients' executive teams, this role is focused on achieving top-line growth and increasing gross margin through account expansion across a portfolio of key accounts.

Job Responsibilities

Growth of wallet share
  • Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and recommend actionable growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to retain and expand client relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Conduct formal client reviews on performance metrics and scorecards.
  • Partner with branch leadership to monitor service quality and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with operations to create solutions that meet sales and profit goals.
  • Drive new sales efforts and respond to RFPs within the account portfolio.
  • Negotiate for mutual margin improvements and identify new opportunities to protect S.i. Systems' margins.
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations across accounts.

Technology
  • Ensure CRM is the single source of truth for all sales information
  • Update and maintain information in CRM and propriety database to company standards

Compliance:
  • Ensure all business is undertaken in accordance with standard Company policies, procedures, and systems
  • Responsible for accurate completion of all required reports and activity tracking

  • Be professional in all interactions and represent the best interests of the
  • Actively participate and collaborate in company projects and initiatives to meet corporate goals and strategy
  • Proactively discuss process improvements, ideas, and solutions.

Qualifications
  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years business experience with proven performance in sales and/or account management
  • Proven experience in a fast pace, metrics driven, detail oriented, working environment preferred
