HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN

The Tech Lead/Business Analyst we play a critical role in aligning technical solutions with business objectives by representing our Public Sector clients team in technical discussions, serving as a primary liaison between Public Sector client and technical teams (vendor, integration partners, etc.), and having responsibility for the completion of technical tasks. This role requires a deep understanding of both business processes and technology solutions, with a focus on ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into technical specifications and aligned with the needs of technical teams.

YOU WILL:
  • Have experience leading technical workstreams (systems integration, data conversion/migration, technical requirements gathering, etc.) for large systems modernization projects
  • Have experience in a leadership role on systems modernization projects for public sector agencies (preferably Health & Human Services).
  • Have the ability to drive solution design and delivery tasks involving various technical teams - program/business team, agency technical team, vendor team, systems integration teams, etc.


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analysis and hands on experience with ETL, SQL, Cloud Services, Jira and Data Analysis.
  • Solid Public Sector Experience w/ Technical leadership
  • Experience w/ task/deliverable development and integration partner engagement/coordination
  • Experience w/ continuous improvement of technical processes
  • Strong Experience w/ business and technical requirements analysis, data analysis, solution design and delivery, and project management support.
  • 100% Remote
  • Bachelors Degree in Applicable Field; Certifications are a Plus;
