The National Accounts Manager role will be responsible for the development and execution of direct and indirect sales strategy for the CASE Construction Brand with National Rental, Regional Rental, Federal government and Corporate Business Accounts.
Responsibilities- Provide Leadership to advise sales organization to National Rental, Regional Rental Accounts.
- Direct/indirect sales to large Corporate Business Accounts (ie, large contractors, major utility companies, etc.).
- Develop and implement sales strategy and align with large, cross-functional teams.
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Responsible to develop short and long term forecasting and work with Production Planning for targeted customer base.
- Negotiate and handle commercial contracts/agreements between company and customers
- Manages overall relationship with new and existing customer base in order to influence top decision-makers and proposing, negotiating and closing opportunities.
- Works with industry and company partners to profitably grow customer base and sales and support opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years' experience dealing with National and/or Corporate Accounts in the construction/rental equipment industry.
- At least 5 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Hands on experience with CRM software.

The annual salary for this role is $105,000 - $161,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
