Marketing Manager What we are looking for: We are seeking an experienced marketing professional with a passion for delivering creative and content-driven marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will collaborate with strategic corporate communications and marketing operations to build awareness and demand for industry solutions and culture. Responsibilities include writing and curating content in the industry vernacular for external and internal marketing activities. What you’ll do: Enhance brand awareness and engagement by generating content for various marketing purposes such as marketing collateral, websites, social media platforms, success stories, email campaigns, and thought leadership pieces. Support client touchpoints and customer journey by collaborating closely with operational groups, business development, and subject-matter experts to assist in the creation of professional presentations for all Aldridge markets. Responsible for and manages the writing, drafting and reporting of new projects. Creating documents for marketing purposes that showcase the company’s experience and capabilities. Develops, writes and manages the production of specialty brochures, announcements, digital newsletters etc. Manage Company website and website content strategy that encompasses our vision and objectives. Track metrics for content usage, website data, and leads driven from inquiries. Ownership of marketing asset library, content publication process, identifying gaps, educating stakeholders on resources available. Primary coordinator of company awards submissions—lead submission timelines, track results and work across business units to draft submissions. Own strong relationships with industry journalists; build PR calendar and facilitate opportunities with trade media. Maintain communication program roadmap and report performance monthly. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Ensuring consistency of brand voice, style, and tone across all content. Manage integrity of our brand across all asset types. Partner with Marketing Team to create and maintain content calendars, workflows, and style guides. Support a broad variety of events including employee functions; company-sponsored events; job-site events; client-focused events, etc. Oversees the maintenance of the marketing files (electronic and paper), including up to date files of images, interviews, brochures, project data, PowerPoint presentations, etc. Outstanding functional marketing skills with strong planning and analytical skills Produce graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator. Who you are: A Four-year degree (Communications, Journalism, Marketing, PR) Minimum of seven years of related experience in B2B Experience managing direct reports Strong writing and storytelling skills (professional and factual tone of voice) Proficient in MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects and responsibilities. Position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships across the company, including senior leadership. Proven track record for designing, implementing, and measuring communication strategies and plans. Experience in developing and managing program metrics. Ability to meet tight deadlines and balance multiple priorities. Strong sense of teamwork and fostering a collaborative environment. What we offer: The annual base pay for this role is between $85,000 - $115,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for bonus.
