Come join our growing team! We are looking for a Customer Service and Order Processing Specialist. Salary range for this position is $55-$65k annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Key Responsibilities: Review order submittal packages for complete and accurate information Coordinate with procurement and manufacturing to determine lead times and communicate scheduling information with operations, sales, and clients. Daily processing of work order with job travelers, production schedule up-dates, and maintenance of work order revisions Review all work orders and job travelers for accuracy of information. Provide information/feedback on work orders for clarification. Ability to work independently and with co-workers. Ability to prioritize work objectives and meet deadlines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 2 plus years in manufacturing customer service / order processing Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Teams Excellent attention to detail and good time management skills Experience using EPICOR or other ERP/MRP system is required. Good communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to sit at desk for extended periods of time.
