NP/PA Assisted Living Opening in Southern Pines, North Carolina - Located in Pinehurst, NC - Fayetteville 40m- Full-Time; 40 hrs/wk- Shift: Day Shift; Mon-Fri 8A-5P Opportunity Highlights: - Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide services in collaboration with a skilled nursing facility in Moore County, North Carolina.- Function autonomously in a post-acute care/skilled nursing setting.- Manage chronically ill senior patients in one facility.- Treat and manage minor acute visits and oversee care transitions.- Assist with admissions, rounding on patients, and completing discharges.- Desirable Monday through Friday schedule.
