We are currently seeking a Power Automate RPA - Lansing, Michigan to join our team in Lansing, Michigan (US-MI), United States (US).

This is a permanent, fulltime, salaried position with benefits. Not open to C2C or C2H.

This position may be fully Remote/Work from Home or be based in Lansing, Michigan; remote may be based anywhere in the continental United States

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
  • Mentor and guide peers via code reviews, dev sessions and paired-programming
  • Investigate and document better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development
  • Develop and test integrations to other systems within the workflow
  • Create and maintain solution documentation
  • Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
  • Problem-solve issues that arise in the daily running of automated bot processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
  • Carry out processes on their own, but they still rely on highly skilled RPA Development teams to maintain them and make improvements
  • Learn and build custom utility bots
  • Communicate to clients independently as needed
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc.
  • Develop out robotic processes during the project development stage
  • Update and maintain Developer Standards around RPA best practices

Basic, Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum seven years of experience in application development experience with Power Automate RPA & Power Platform Development
  • Minimum five years of experience in Power Automate RPA BOTs
  • Minimum five years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform - PowerApps
  • Power Automate certification is required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Other Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 CE will be an added advantage
  • Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies
  • Experience developing Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas & Model Driven Apps)
  • In depth understanding of OOP
  • Experience in .NET, C#, Visual Basic and MS SQL
  • Experience is XML, JSON, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with TFS, and Git


Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $90,146 - $208,672. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
