* Specialty : Gastroenterologist * Start Date : January 6, 2025 * Contract Length : 13 Weeks * Shift Details : Full-Time (7 AM 7 PM) * Schedule : 24/7 Call, including responding to ED, Clinical Command Center, and Floors * Shifts Needed : January to March 2025, booking currently for GI locum needs Work Details * Support Staff : Endoscopy Staff (Nurse and Tech) * Coverage Needed : Full-Time * Patients per Day : TBD * Patient Population/Age : Adult * Department : Gastroenterology * EMR System : EPIC * Hospital Bed Size : 348 * Special Procedures : Advanced skills in Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) & Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) preferred * Skills Required : All GI and Hepatology, including ERCPs; experience in tertiary hospitals accepting community hospital transfers Practice Setting * Type : Hospital Requirements * Board Certification : Yes, in Gastroenterology * License : Must have IMLC in place (candidates welcome) * DEA : Yes * CSR : Yes * Certifications Required : BLS * Minimum Experience : 2 years Credentialing Timeframe * Duration : 30 days; providers with a clean background and a TN license can be granted emergency privileges
