* Coverage Needed: * January 2025 - ongoing * Need 1 Full-time Cardiac PRN for 1 week a month * Schedule: 7a-5p * Beeper Call: 5p-7a (Weekday) * Weekend: 24 hr. beeper call * Clinical Information: * TBA * Required: * DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active * Current Flu Vaccine * Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 * Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility. * Must be board certified or board eligible
