* Work Dates Needed: ASAP - Sep Possibility to Extend * Preferred Schedule: * Mon / Wed / Fri 8a-5p; * Tues / Thurs. 9a-5p * Worksite Setting: PACE Program - Geriatrics / Older patient experience preferred; outpatient, acute care, clinic * Scope of Work: * Patient physicals, health appraisals, physical evaluations, * labwork, x-rays, * consultations and referrals; * immunizations, * experience with older adults preferred; * bilingual preferred (Spanish) * Licenses, Certifications, * Internal Medicine or Family Medicine * State License, * experience with computer based systems is required Electronic Medical Records exp. preferred * EMR: EPIC * Pay $130/hour
