Ochsner Health in New Orleans is actively recruiting a BC/BE PEDIATRIC HEMATOLOGIST/ONCOLOGIST, FELLOWSHIP TRAINED IN STEM CELL TRANSPLANT to join our expanding practice. Recent graduates and experienced physicians are welcomed to apply.  Salary offered will be competitive and commensurate with experience and training.

 

In addition to patient care, the Department of Pediatrics is responsible for teaching pediatric residents from the Tulane-Ochsner Pediatric Residency program and teaches medical students from both Tulane and the University of Queensland. Academic rank and appointment will be determined by the candidates credentials and experience.

 

On top of its existing stem cell transplantation program, the Section of Pediatric Hematology & Oncology has a robust Adolescent & Young Adult Oncology program and is currently developing a Hemostasis and Thrombosis program.  The section benefits from alignment with Ochsners Adult Hematology/Oncology group, which this year announced its clinical integration with MD Anderson Cancer Center.
