As a Senior Manager of Organizational Development, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing organization-wide programs aimed at fostering growth, performance, and engagement.

What you bring to the team
You have a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or Adult Education and Leadership. As well as Certification and applied practice in one or more of the following: facilitation, curriculum design, coaching, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, change management. You bring 4-6 years of experience consulting with organization leaders, designing team development workshops, facilitating team workshops and 1-3 years of experience designing and implementing organization wide organizational development programming such as DEI, performance management, learning and development, leadership development.

Additional information
The target salary range: $102,200 - $127,700 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate's knowledge, experience, and internal equity. Starting salary may exceed the target range on exceptional basis.

- Curriculum Development: Design and deliver programs that build essential skills and competencies across the organization.
- Employee Performance: Lead efforts to enhance individual and team performance through targeted development and performance management strategies.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies that drive employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
- Succession Planning: Defines strategies that involve the identification and preparation of potential future leaders and key employees.
You will collaborate closely with leadership to shape the future of the organization and create impactful experiences that empower employees at all levels.
The Role
Reporting to the Director, People & Organizational Development, you add value and are energized by key areas of oversight such as:
- Leading the design of highly technical programming that is specific to Organizational Development expertise and targets organizational culture.
- Designing and delivering, at the enterprise level, requiring strong diagnostic, influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Providing specialist advice on the application and interpretation of organization-wide programming.
- Engaging strategically across the organization to influence organization effectiveness.
- Facilitating and presenting to senior leadership, using organizational development methodologies and tools.
- Coaching senior leaders in support of a high-performance culture.
- Advising and guiding leaders on complex organizational development, talent management, change management matters in order to raise the bar on individual, team and organizational performance.
- Resolving complex and/or contentious issues, enabling others to take appropriate actions and be accountable.
What you bring to the team
