Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in legal or legal technology to drive innovation in our AI-powered solutions. You will influence the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Docusign’s AI-powered agreement repository, a key component of Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform. You will be an expert in customer problems, understand how agreements are related to each other and end-to-end user journeys around managing agreements, and create a roadmap aligned to both. You will expand Navigator use cases to drive adoption and add new value for the enterprise customer segment, while working closely with other Product Managers, UX, Engineering, and Product Marketing as you define requirements for new features and bring them to market.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Management.ResponsibilityBuild strategy and roadmap that supports the goals of Docusign Navigator and Intelligent Agreement ManagementCollect customer feedback and partner with Research team to identify and validate customer problems around managing agreementsDefine and effectively communicate product goals and requirements, and work cross-functionally with Design and Engineering to implement solutionsAnalyze cost/benefit tradeoffs and facilitate discussions to reach partner consensusDefine critical metrics, implement tracking mechanisms, and measure feature success post-launchPartner closely with Marketing and Sales teams on go-to-market plans for a successful feature launchPresent product strategy to teams and executive leaders to get feedback and agreementInfluence effectively without authority in and outside of the Product teamJob DesignationHybrid:Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.
