We’re growing fast and are excited to continue bringing world-class talent onboard to help shape the next chapter of our growth journey.POSITION SUMMARYAs a Staff Product Manager on the new products team at EarnIn, you'll help bring our mission to life - reinventing the financial system and helping our community members get to a better place financially. You will be responsible for owning and building the next set of products and features to drive the growth of our business. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives which include iterating on new monetization models across the EarnIn platform, owning the customer’s experiences, and improving the engagement with our products. You’ll need to employ everything in your product toolkit to architect the product strategy, discover new insights, and drive forward on execution. This position is Palo Alto-based and will require hybrid work from the office 2 days per week.  The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,400 - $267,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
