We are seeking an experienced and seasoned Product Manager to lead integrations of Pinterest Ad products and solutions with Agency data and technology platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of integration technologies and agency operations. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about the agency ecosystem but also has a proven track record of managing complex integration solutions tailored to the specific needs of agencies.You will play a pivotal role in driving our product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver solutions that drive top line business growth.What you'll do:Product Strategy and Vision: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the agency landscape and ecosystem to shape the product vision and strategy for our integrations with Agency platforms. Align the product roadmap with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer advocating for solutions that meet their needs and enhance their experience. Engage with customers regularly to gather feedback and validate product concepts.Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps. Gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders, including agencies, advertisers and sales.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful and timely product delivery. Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and excellence.Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization. Ensure products are delivered on time with high quality.Communication and Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories and PRDs. Effectively communicate product updates and roadmaps to internal teams and external partners.Performance Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and prioritize featuresWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably in an Agency or an ad-tech company working closely with Agencies Strong understanding of API integrations, data management, and agency operations.Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasivelyDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Relocation Statement:This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
