With the growth and expansion of SD-WAN, we are looking to expand our team in all aspects. We work with multiple clouds and collaborate with multiple teams including an outsourced ops team. You will work with the SD-WAN solution team, Cloud development and test teams to orchestrate controllers and services for SD-WAN. This management will be through the entire ordering, provisioning, on-boarding and complete lifecycle of the controllers.Who You AreMinimum RequirementsMasters / bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field.8+ years of experience with operations, technical/customer support roles.8+ years of proven experience with web applications/services and public cloud platforms: AWS/Azure/Google CloudPreferred QualificationsExperience with VMware and OpenStack.Experience with scripting, preferably in Python, nodeJS.Background in Linux/Unix administration.Open to continuous learning and committed to ongoing self-improvementInitiative in participating in efforts to improve overall group productivity and test effectivenessExperience with orchestration, monitoring and troubleshooting of web-based applications/serveKnowledge of IP networking, security and access mechanismStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong team building skills, with the ability to work across departments and other teams.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently with minimal managerial guidanceStrong sense of ownership and teamwork.Experience with orchestration, monitoring and troubleshooting of web-based applications/services.Knowledge of IP networking, security and access mechanisms.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Strong team building skills, with the ability to work across departments and other teams.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently with minimal managerial guidance.sense of ownership and teamwork.Why Cisco?#WeAreCisco. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
