DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking an Identity Access Manager in San Antonio, TX.Position Summary:The Identity Access Manager in the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure department will oversee the strategy, technology roadmaps, and innovation for Identity & Access Management (IAM). This role focuses on delivering business value and maintaining cybersecurity. The manager will lead a team of technical specialists and managed services providers, ensuring the integration of IAM solutions, enhancing reliability and operational efficiency through a Scaled Agile framework.Key Responsibilities:* Identity Access Manager will manage day-to-day operations of a team, including technical specialists and service providers* Align team goals with organizational vision and develop actionable product roadmaps* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors, addressing technology needs* As an Identity Access Manager, you will ensure system availability, reliability, and security* Lead IT projects, manage the department's budget, and stay updated on technology trends* Develop and update IT policies and ensure compliance with standardsRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required* CISSP and Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator certifications preferred* 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role* Strategic thinking, business acumen, and results-driven approach* Strong communication and continuous improvement mindset* Ability to energize and develop a high-performing teamJob TypeDirect HireCompensation135000 - $170000
