The pharmacist will provide ambulatory pharmaceutical care services using approved guidelines in collaboration with other health professional, including managing patient drug therapy and providing patient education.Minimum RequirementsGraduate of an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a California pharmacist license required or be certified by the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee (FPGEC) issued by the National Association of Boards of PharmacyMinimum two years as a practicing Pharmacist required and five or more years preferred.Board certification (BCACP) in ambulatory care or completion of a Pharmacy practice residency preferred.Compensation$137,496.49 - $171,870.61 annuallyCompensation DisclaimerActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
