The Division provides a collegial environment of the highest caliber for clinical practice at the George Washington University Hospital, a Level 1 academic trauma center in Washington, DC. Salary and rank (Instructor, Assistant and Associate Professor, and Full Professor) will be commensurate with experience.Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include serving as an Inpatient Acute Hospital Consultant, Outpatient Physiatrists, and Inpatient Attending Physiatrists in our 16-bed unit. Additional clinical opportunities are available for those with an interest in traumatic brain injury. Full-time faculty also teach medical students and engage in scholarly activity.Minimum Qualifications:Applicants must be board certified or eligible in PM&Rand be eligible for licensure in the District of Columbia and Maryland at the time of appointment. Applicants must also have evidence of excellence in clinical care and clinical research.
