Simply put, we take care of our advisors, so they can take care of their clients.Job Overview:The Product Owner identifies improvements needed to enhance a product and works within the agile process to assign priority, business value, and functionality to ensure the development team implements. The Product Owner works with the business owners to ensure the successful release of the new functionality and owns the communication across the organization.Responsibilities:Represent Technology while interfacing and engaging with the business user and LPL stakeholdersCreate user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprintPrioritize user stories by business value and decides which user stories are scheduled into sprintsDrive features through the Discovery Phase, ensuring stories are written, UX designs have been tested, and the feature implementation is validated by cross functional teamsCommunicate product strategy and status outside the team and at the executive levelUse clear goals to communicate the project vision at the beginning of every release and sprint so that the team understands and is equipped to realize itMake business decisions and clearly communicates requirements through epics and stories so they are understoodCreate, maintain, prioritize, and sequence the product feature backlog based on business valueParticipate in project planning, daily stand-up meetings (scrums), reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetingsWhat are we looking for?We want strong collaboratorswho can deliver a world-class client experience.
