Together, we work towards a unified goal of helping millions of Americans achieve aspirations of homeownership through the complete mortgage journey.A Typical DayThe Senior Vice President Risk Systems Analytics (RSA) will develop the strategic roadmap and run day to day requirements for Enterprise Risk Systems Analytics. As the SVP RSA, you will provide enterprise level analytic, reporting and system support to the Chief Risk Officer and his/her direct reports.The Senior VP RSA will:Develop and implement risk reports and measures to ensure that risk factors and events are addressed in a timely manner and in line with business objectivesMonitor risk and communicate information to the relevant stakeholders to ensure the continued effectiveness of the enterprise's risk management strategyReview risk analysis with the relevant stakeholders for validation of efficiency, effectiveness and economyCorrelate identified risk scenarios to relevant business processes to assist in identifying risk ownershipCollect and validate data that measure key risk indicators (KRIs) to monitor and communicate their status to relevant stakeholdersPrepare quarterly board of director reports for credit and compliance, monthly credit and compliance committee (and sub-committee’s) materials and monthly reports, credit and compliance business review meeting materials and monthly credit, compliance QC reports and materials, and maintain associated infrastructurePerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and valuesWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience in leading organization change to increase efficiency through the implementation of technologyProficient in Microsoft Office products and SQLStrong knowledge of mortgage origination and servicing practicesWhy You Should JoinAs one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
