As a member of the Fidelity Consulting (FC) team, this role sits in a collaborative, fast-paced, and creative environment at Fidelity Investments! As the firm's internal consulting group, Fidelity Consulting is uniquely positioned to advise on and influence Fidelity Investments' overarching strategic direction.

The Purpose of Your Role
Analysts will experience a generalist staffing model that exposes you to six Fidelity BU focus areas.
This role will: deliver discreet analyses and research, contribute to breakdown and synthesis of problems, and offer perspectives into a broader business conversation, all while working collaboratively in a team setting.

The Value You Deliver
Analysts participate on an all-star team in support of solving Fidelity's businesses and emerging initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with different levels of management within multiple businesses or functions to seek opportunities for innovation and growth
- Conducting primary and secondary research and developing insights into conclusions
- Presenting solutions to Fidelity management and business leaders
- Supporting work across the various business units and cross-Fidelity initiatives

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
