Job Summary:
We're looking to bring on board Bilingual Mental Health Therapists (Clinicians) to provide community services for our various programs throughout the state of Massachusetts to provide Home-based or Outpatient therapeutic services. These positions support our Community-Based Youth Clinical Services and our Behavioral Health Recovery Services Divisions.

Job Summary:
We're looking to bring on board Bilingual Mental Health Therapists (Clinicians) to provide community services for our various programs throughout the state of Massachusetts to provide Home-based or Outpatient therapeutic services. These positions support our Community-Based Youth Clinical Services and our Behavioral Health Recovery Services Divisions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Development of a youth and family centered treatment plan in collaboration with the youth, parent/caregiver(s), and with required consents, in consultation with other providers.
- Review and modification of treatment plan as necessary.
- Provides intensive family therapy that may include working with the entire family, or a subset of the family, to implement focused, structural, strategic, or behavioral techniques, or evidenced-based interventions to enhance problem solving, limit setting, risk management/safety planning, communication, skill building to strengthen the family, and to advance therapeutic goals or improve ineffective patterns of interactions.
- Identification of community resources and development of natural supports for youth and parent/caregiver(s) to support and sustain achievement of the yout’s treatment plan goals and objectives.
- Provides or secures support and crisis/emergency services for the youth/family. This may be done through face-to-face contact, phone contact or by beeper or an on call system. All time spent on crisis assessment and planning, crisis linkage and follow-up, and stabilization must be billed as crisis hours.
- Collaborates with other necessary individuals the youth and family may have contact with, such as Bureau Case Managers, Probation Officers, Judges, District Attorneys, Attorneys, Teachers, Physicians, etc. Will contact these key people by telephone frequently, invite them to Care Planning Team and ICP meetings, and provide them with copies of the ICP.
- Master level clinicians must inform the Agency of all emergencies or critical incidents.
- Requirement to keep current on all Agency, Government and Funding trainings and health requirements (OSHA, Sexual Harassment, etc)
- Completes all the necessary paperwork in a strength-based manner per Agency requirements, (i.e. court letters, change of placement forms, Referrals, ICP, Progress Notes, evaluation instruments, consent forms, etc.)
- To complete time sheets, mileage forms etc. and submit them accurately and in a timely manner.
- Minimum Experience Required: 1-year providing mental health or substance use disorder therapeutic services.
- Master’s Degree Required in Psychology, Psychotherapy, Counseling, Child Development, Family Therapy, Expressive Therapies, Behavioral Therapy, Substance Abuse or related fields.
- Required fluency in English and Spanish.
- Awareness and sensitivity to contextual variables such as race, culture, gender, sexuality, disability, economics, and lived experience.
- Driver’s License.
- Willing to relocate to the state of Massachusetts, United States of America.
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule. *
