Schedule: 8a - 5p shifts from Mondays - Fridays with some occasional weekend call coverage

Responsibilities:

Handle 20 cases per day (average 100 slides)

Perform dictations

Focus on cancer and general surgical cases

Participate in weekly and weekend call (weekend once a month)

Respond to lab-based call questions (90% of calls)

Occasionally perform frozen sections on-site

Additional Information:

Pathology assistant handles grossing

Possibility of extension
