In this position you will serve as a Physician (Family Practice) in the Medical Treatment Facility at Naval Hospital Jacksonville in Mayport, FL. You will provide a full range of medical services including the most unusual and complex for pediatric to geriatric patients.ResponsibilitiesYou will examine, determine diagnosis and provide treatment and/or develop treatment plans;You will prescribe and dispense medications;You will promote preventive and health maintenance care including annual physicals, positive health behaviors, and self-care skills;You will conduct peer review and participate in performance improvement activities;You will provide technical direction and training to other health care professionals such as RN?s, Physician Assistants, and Corpsmen.Travel Required - Not requiredRelocation expenses reimbursed- Yes you may qualify for reimbursement of relocation expenses in accordance with agency policy.
