Medicus has partnered with a hospital in northeastern South Carolina with an opportunity for an Orthopedic Surgeon to assist their team. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9-hour shifts Clinic and office call Monday-Friday Setting: Monday, Wednesday, Friday in OR, Tuesday & Thursday in clinic Patient Volume: 30-40 per clinic day Surgery Volume: 3-8 per day Patient Ages: Young adults to geriatric Common Procedures: Shoulders, knees, minor trauma, fractures, scopes, ACLs and meniscuses No hips, hands, feet, or ankles Support Staff: APP, cast tech, nurse, x-ray tech, scribe Must be board-certified or board-eligible Paid travel & expenses In your spare time, hike through lush mountain trails with waterfall views, explore charming antique shops in a historic downtown area, and enjoy farm-to-table dining with ingredients sourced from local farms.
