South Pavilion Family Medicine is looking for a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Med/Peds Physician to join their busy practice on 68th Street serving patients across the generational spectrum.Enjoy a flexible, four (4) day-work week in this dynamic outpatient setting.

Provider and team member collaboration, coordination, and innovation is considered key to the practice's success and the workspace is built to accommodate this.

Team-based care is supplemented with social work, behavioral health, pharmacy, care managers, medical assistants working one-to-one with the physicians. Large practice population with urgent care clinic, laboratory, radiology, same day surgery center, PT/OT and specialty and surgical services.

    Qualifications

    Required - Bachelors Degree

    BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine

    LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or

    LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

    CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

    CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or

    CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required

    CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
