Psychiatrist

Facey Medical Group has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist to join our dynamic behavioral health department which currently includes four Psychiatrists and a team of behavioral health specialists. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physician to provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in our Valencia, California office located in the greater Los Angeles area (hybrid work schedule available). Our psychiatrists practice the consultative approach to behavioral health, with stabilized patients being referred back to their primary care physician for continued medication management. Our behavioral medicine division also offers many innovative approaches to care delivery, which will utilize your clinical skills to advance the mental health care of our patients. Though our Psychiatrists primarily treat adult patients, candidates with dual training in adult and child & adolescent psychiatry are highly encouraged to apply.

• Full-time outpatient only role with a hybrid schedule, in-office/work-from-home, with some flexibility in the mix

• Compensation is between $260,160 and $358,467 per year
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above
