About the Role:

  • Clinical Duties: Interpretation of body CT, MRI, ultrasound, plain films, and fluoroscopic GI contrast studies (8 AM - 5 PM). No IR procedures required.
  • Multidisciplinary Conferences: Collaborate with GI medicine, surgery, transplant, urology, gynecology, and oncology departments.
  • Research & Teaching: Participation in research and quality improvement projects encouraged. Support for medical students, residents, and fellows.
  • On-call Requirements: Weekend on-call (8 AM - 5 PM) with remote access from home workstations provided.
  • Academic Time: Administrative and academic time commensurate with responsibilities. Clinical incentives and academic contributions rewarded annually.

Academic Rank & Leadership Opportunities:

  • Rank: Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor of Radiology at Tufts University School of Medicine based on qualifications.
  • Leadership: Opportunities in medical education, training programs, and department administration.

Qualifications:

  • MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent with Board eligibility/certification (ABR or AOBR)
  • Expertise in multimodality body imaging, including cancer and liver transplant imaging
  • Medical licensure in Massachusetts or eligibility
