Primary Responsibilities:
* Hospitalist: Capacity for 4 inpatients, average 2 patients/day
* Urgent Care Clinic : 15-20 patients/day, varies with patient volume and acuity
* Same Day Clinic : 8-10 appointments/half-day block, varies with schedule and show rates
* Back up to RN care coordinators & PHN for unassigned patients

* Population Served: Approximately 7,000 people from Hopi and Navajo tribes.
* Annual Patient Visits Outpatient: 68,000, Emergency Department: 14,000
* Nearest Airports: Flagstaff Pulliam Regional (2-hour drive), Albuquerque International Airport (4-hour drive), Phoenix (4-hour drive)

* Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: Resource & Patient Management System (RPMS)
Job Requirements:
* Experience: Recent inpatient and outpatient medical experience
* Certification: Board certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
* Licenses: ANY Active unrestricted license and DEA from any state or US territory
* Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
* Health Requirements: Annual PPD or Chest X-ray (for tuberculosis), Documentation of MMR, varicella & Hepatitis B, influenza, and COVID vaccinations within the last year
