Hematology/Oncology Physician

Practice Setting: Hospital-based cancer center. Outpatient services. Onsite lab, diagnostics, and pharmacy. Reason for Coverage: New program growth Dates of Coverage: Oct 7, 2024 for 10 months Shifts Per Month: Full Time - 5 days per week. But we can accommodate part time (partial weeks or some weeks on/some weeks off). Call Ratio: 1:5 Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Geriatric Percentage of Practice: Assume 50% Hematology and 50% Oncology Number of Physicians in Practice: 7 across 2 locations APPs Provide Coverage: 10 Average Number of Outpatient Per Day: 10-15 Average Number of Hospital Patients Per Day: 15 Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2 Trauma Documentation System/EMR: Epic Procedures Required * Chemotherapy - Intrathecal * Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrplueral/Peritoneal * FNA/Biopsy * Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters Administration of Chemotherapy: Physician orders.
