EIP is seeking a senior executive assistant to provide executive support for the CEO and select senior leadership. This position reports directly to the CEO and is based in the EIP HQ office in NYC, and the individual is expected in the office on average 3-4 days a week, particularly when the CEO is in NYC.

Base compensation on this role ranges from $120,000-140,000 with bonus and overtime eligibility.

Key areas of Responsibility:
- Provides executive support for the CEO and select team members
- Manages professional and personal calendars for the CEO and helps prioritize scheduling
- Coordinates business and personal travel arrangements, including but not limited to flight, car, and hotel accommodations, and dinner reservations for complex international travel and optimizes itineraries for efficient trip management
- Manages the CEO's expenses and personal administrative paperwork
- Maintains high level of discretion and judgment due to access to sensitive information
- Operates effectively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Serves as go-to point of contact for internal and external communications with CEO and acts as main point of contact among CEO's network
- Supports other senior leaders to a lesser extent
Requirements
- 7-12 years of professional experience as executive assistant in senior leadership settings
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to deliver premier customer experience with comfort around senior executives
- High degree of energy and innate motivation and drive
- A "can-do" attitude and willingness to go the extra mile, which includes time outside regular office hours when necessary
- German language skills
