Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc. (Spiral) is seeking an Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) with prior experience at the USSTRATCOM Joint Force Air Component Command (JFACC) to join our Team!

This candidate will:

• Serve as a Joint Force Air Component Commander (JFACC) exercise planner
• Provide exercise subject matter expertise to support the planning and execution of exercises to facilitate the requisite integration with the global DoD exercise community.
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and support for conferences and milestone events related to joint exercises or wargames, such as Concept Development Conference (CDC), Initial Planning Conference (IPC), Mid-Planning Conference (MPC), Final Planning Conference (FPC), and Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) Synchronization Conference (SYNCH).
• Chair planning work groups as determined by the joint exercise or wargame lead planner and Branch Chief.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience with Joint doctrine and planning processes, including end-to-end operations and processes from National-level decision making through Unit-level execution.
• Must be able to speak authoritatively on all aspects of weapons systems operations to include mission planning, generation procedures, deployment procedures, weapons system employment tactics and publishing daily operations orders.
• Prior experience at the USSTRATCOM Joint Force Air Component Command (JFACC) is highly desirable.
• Top Secret/ SCI security clearance.
