Position Overview
The Regional Director oversees branch operations of assigned geographic region with a moderate level of activity and complexity. Manages the activities of these branches in order to implement the organization's overall sales strategy for the assigned region. Ensures branches are reinforcing service standards and increasing growth of customer retention.

Position Overview
The Regional Director oversees branch operations of assigned geographic region with a moderate level of activity and complexity. Manages the activities of these branches in order to implement the organization's overall sales strategy for the assigned region. Ensures branches are reinforcing service standards and increasing growth of customer retention.
Regional Director Role Responsibilities:
- Provide operational oversight, including financial planning, personnel, company asset management/utilization, and collaboration with executive leadership to ensure overall profitability of the company
- Lead the assessment, plan development, and execution of a full-scale operations and customer support strategy; formulate and implement a strategic plan to drive organic growth
- Monitors performance of sales teams and/or branches and re-allocates resources to improve overall results.
- Responsible for key performance indicator creation, reporting, measurement, and standards of accountability
- Execute safety policy compliance, provide continuous training, accident/injury frequency ownership and accountability, meet or exceed safety expectations
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop an annual business plan for inclusion in the company's overall business plan, and provide long-term business growth and expansion forecasting
- Provide professional management and leadership to the company, including mentoring and developing key members of branch leadership and instilling best practices from an operational and sales perspective
- Responsible for the accuracy of the P&L and associated reporting for your assigned market.
- Ensures revenue and profit plans of assigned branches are achieved and that Operations Managers are monitoring and analyzing financial performance and budgets.
- Establishes and executes plans for improvement of identified deficiencies for the branches and oversees progress.
- Assess current SOPs, manage by exception, and identify key opportunities for improvement; work closely with the executive leadership team to address potential strategic, tactical, and operating issues
- In partnership with the Sales team, grow the business's top-line revenue by implementing, maintaining, and growing customer relationships
- Works closely with Market President to ensure growth and success of branches by ensuring safe and efficient delivery of quality products and services.
- Ensures branches are in compliance with state and federal regulatory agencies.
- Active in market pest associations to continue networking and continuous education
- Accountable for all aspects of the integration of acquisitions

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of Pest Control branch management experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain pest management and other certifications and licensures as needed
- Previous experience with Profit & Loss and asset management required
- Previous experience in sales management required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Skill in written and verbal communications, including public speaking.
- Skill in providing clear and concise feedback, performance management and coaching
- Skill in managing and leading assigned projects and associates
- Skill in organizational and time management
