Booz Allen Hamilton, INDIAN HEAD, MD
Manufacturing Facilities Fire Protection Engineer
The Opportunity:
As a fire protection engineer, you understand the workings behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to ensuring our military's infrastructure is prepared to support mission requirements and integration of innovative technology. We are looking for a fire protection engineer who can use their skills to help modernize the Navy's premier facilities for ordnance, energetics, and explosive ordnance disposal solutions.
Our team supports the modernization of facilities, energy, and infrastructure to rise to the challenge of the changing landscape around weapons testing. That is why we need a fire protection engineer like you who is proficient at completing facility design services that can support the review of designs for compliance with code and energetic manufacturing processes, and can work with autonomy to help our client realize state-of-the-art facilities through construction and commissioning. In this role, you will directly support our Navy client with overseeing A/E design projects, developing scopes of work, developing requests for proposal, and answering requests for information to resolve questions during construction.
Take on exciting challenges in the DoD with us as we improve our legacy of excellence in weapons research, testing, and evaluation.
