Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
    • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve results.
    • Manage the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Plan, organize, and execute local events, trade shows, and community engagement activities to promote the company's services.
    • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
    • Monitor event budgets and timelines, ensuring events are delivered within scope and budget.
  • Social Media Marketing:
    • Develop and manage the company's social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
    • Create and curate engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing goals.
    • Monitor social media trends, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with the online community.
  • Content Creation:
    • Write and design marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and promotional videos.
    • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality marketing content.
  • Brand Management:
    • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and materials.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with local media and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, event planning, and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the construction or trenching industry is a plus but not required.
