We currently seek a Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our community partner, Healthy Living Primary Care. Healthy Living Primary Care is a highly regarded and well-established group in Folsom, CA, that has a strong reputation of providing exceptional patient care and for 5-star patient satisfaction scores.


Responsibilities

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Full time employment with work-life balance
    • Reasonable daily patient volume expectations with ample time allotted for each patient (30 minutes per encounter)
    • No nights or weekends; no call
  • Primary and preventative care including:
    • Adults and pediatric patients
    • Lab/imaging follow-up appointments
    • Management of stable chronic medical conditions, with goal of moving to management of medically complex patients
    • Medicare annual wellness exams

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Completion of accredited training program(s)
  • Board certified
  • 2-5 years prior APP experience in family medicine, including peds, preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • New grads are welcome to apply

Pay Range
$68.00 - $78.00 /hour
