Account Director - ArtBot, Contract

Please note, this role is not a traditional client service position. It is similar to an Executive Producer position.
We are seeking a dynamic Account Director, to join our ArtBot team and lead the growth of ArtBot as we advance our solutioning and client relationships globally. Under guidance of our SVP, Head of Product, you will work with Critical Mass agency leads to represent ArtBot and understand client business objectives, provide strategic solutioning centered within ArtBot's capabilities. You will by key in advancing solutions within ArtBot to ensure the highest quality of service standards are applied. Our Account Director identifies and solves client-side obstacles through your proficient understanding of how technology, data, media, and creativity coexist towards adoption of scale.
You bring a professional and structured approach to ArtBot and strategy that reflects the culture, service, and capabilities of ArtBot, and an enthusiastic passion to be a part of ArtBot's foundational growth and future success. You have a drive to deliver new types of value to our clients in the areas of capabilities, organizational change, innovation, and awareness of new products and services. You can build teams, are seen as subject matter expert with a clear understanding of creative, project management, automation and original content creation and will bring thought leadership, and an ability to elevate and scale our ArtBot service offering, at the senior and managerial levels of our client organizations.
As a Account Director, you will lead a portfolio of clients within ArtBot consisting of Account Managers from coordinator level through to Senior Account Manager level. You will be able to manage projects from inception to completion, assuming responsibility for day-to-day management of these projects. We continually review ranges to address skills, experience and markets. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren't limited to, a candidate's experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.

You will:
- Provide traffic and production management oversight.
- Define project scope and is involved in kick off meetings and vendor briefs.
- Oversee creative engineering/automation execution
- Oversee original content creation
- Recommend talent, negotiates and hires contract crew/vendors.
- Interface with internal teams and clients to help to ensure vision and timing alignment.
- Generate total gross project bids and oversee project fiscal management.
- Facilitate and oversee triple bid procedures per client procurement policy.
- Collaborate with project Account Managers to ensure the group is meeting timelines and budget expectations.
- Direct and supervise all contracted project services and logistics as well as develop and maintain vendor relationships by providing accurate specifications to obtain cost effective estimates.
- Oversee project specific terms and conditions, including rights-managed assets, and ensures contractual agreements are in place.
- Ensure project compliance and best-practice processes are adhered.
- Develop Account Managers through continued learning and mentorship.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire junior-level members of the team.
You have:

- An industry leader with 7+ years of experience with digital and technology expertise.
- A digital native, with a breadth of understanding of the facets within that landscape, including a practical knowledge of how to deliver modern, dynamic digital and technology-based solutions.
- At least 5+ years of producer experience held at a major agency and/or digital agency.
- Previous Production Management and/or a combination of Project and Client
Management experience - Knowledge of North American vendor network with a well-defined 3rd party rolodex
- Knowledge of various creative stages, understanding of creative workflow and interactive production
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
