Sr. Access Control & Security Camera Integrator

Position Summary:

Computer System Integrator provide technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete software installation, programming, debugging, and testing of a client system.
  • Attend onsite and in office project meetings.
  • Coordinate with the Lead Technician for onsite programming of systems.
  • Produce timely and detailed reports.
  • Build positive relationships with clients.
  • Conduct site surveys to determine client needs and company logistics for each project.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and supporting documentation that include equipment and labor requirements according to client needs and company policy to new and/or existing customers.
  • Specify proper equipment, resources, and labor needed for prepared estimates to internal and external parties involved following company policy.
  • Produce and maintain detailed summaries of timelines, quotes, and progress.
  • Visit physical locations, as needed, where projects are currently underway to monitor task completion and ensure the goals are being met
  • Cooperate with the Field Manager to supervise the scope and progress of project installations and assess any challenges
  • Ensure that estimates, proposals, and such follow all relevant federal, state, local and industry guidelines
  • Communicate with clients, as needed, regarding any scope changes or challenges.
  • Presents a profession company representation in both verbal, written, and personal appearance
  • Keeps abreast of changes and new developments in products and technology.
  • Attends and completes training programs as requested/needed.
  • Tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.


Subject Matter Expert on all surveillance to include the following:
  • Create BOMs for new and existing surveillance solutions and document configs in Connectwise
  • Configure and assist with configuration, installation, and training for all surveillance solutions with all clients.
  • Perform weekly, and bi-weekly surveillance checks and maintenance for clients.


PDK Access Control Responsibilities:
  • Setup new PDK locations with ProDataKey
  • Configure and spearhead with configuration, installation, and training of PDK turn-key solution.
  • Configured credentials for existing and new clients.
  • Ensured all PDK equipment has configurations in CW


UPS Installation & Battery Replacement Responsibilities:
  • Performs all UPS new installations and configurations.
  • Receives all renewal, battery replacement, and UPS replacement tickets.
  • Coordinates with server team during installation to confirm UPS testing and communication.
  • Closes and creates all old and new CW Configs


Resideo Intrusion Solutions:
  • Resideo Intrusion alarm installer certification, preferred or within 3 months of employment


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong follow up and follow through skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills--with an emphasis on attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a company required drug screen
  • Ability to lift 50lbs minimum
  • Candidate must have a valid driver's license and a clear driving history.
  • Candidate must be able to pass a local and federal background check.


Preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • Security License (required by state of operation): Alarm Systems Installer
  • Additional manufacture certifications as needed for products supported by Netronix, such as:
  • Access control systems
  • Communications systems
  • Intrusion systems
  • Surveillance system
  • ProDataKey trained installer


Experience Requirements: Must have 2 years' experience with the following:
  • Security System Engineer: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Security System Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
  • CCTV and Intrusion system programming, preferred.
  • CCTV System (Geovision, Avigilon, Axis, IP, etc) knowledge
  • Alarm System (Honeywell, TotalConnect, 2GIG, Alarm.com) knowledge
  • Access Control (Geovison, Avigilon, Mercury, Alarm.com, Biometric, etc) knowledge
  • Ability to demonstrate practical knowledge and familiarity with fundamental network protocols and functions.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting industry standard network equipment.
  • Experience with mobile devices including iPhone, iPad, and Android based devices Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Construction and multi-phase project implementation experience preferred.
